The Stoneweg Hospitality Fund has agreed to acquire the Los Monteros Spa and Golf Resort hotel in Marbella in a deal valued at €47 million. This is the second acquisition following the investment in the future Hard Rock Hotel in Puerto Banus. Located to the east of Marbella, Los Monteros is famous for its sand dunes and attractive beaches. Investments in hotels on the Costa del Sol are generally estimated at 355 million euros as travelers return to Marbella.
