Construction has already started for the keenly anticipated project of a state-of-the-art swimming pool and fitness centre in Las Chapas of Marbella East (view our properties in the Marbella East area). Other facilities will include padel courts, gardens, changing rooms and a car park. The covered swimming pool will be open all year round. The expected completion date is end of 2023.
