The property developer Civitas and the management of Puerto Banus have reached an agreement to launch new real estate projects in the luxury sector. The first of these property developments will be on a 12,000 square meter land 600 meters from Puerto Banus. The properties planned will have access to all the services of the port, including parking, mooring, and personal assistants. As part of the agreement the port will change its official name to Civitas Puerto Banus.
